Exciting news this week, the signing of a great talent & a local favourite, Luke Dorn for 2017 season.

Luke represented the Australian Schoolboys team in 2000 whilst attending Maitland All Saints College, he played for the Pickers in his junior career then went onto to play for the Northern Eagles, Manly Sea Eagles and the Sydney Roosters in the NRL.

In 2005 he moved to the Super League competition, joining London Broncos where he developed a reputation as a prolific try scorer. In 2007 he moved to Salford City Reds.
He joined the Castleford Tigers in 2008 before returning to London Broncos (then known as Harlequins RL) in 2009.
In total Luke played for the London Broncos 160 times in 2 spells & became the club’s all-time record try scorer with 104 tries. He scored his 100th try for the Broncos in a spell where he scored 8 tries in two back to back games.

At the end of 2013, he signed for Castleford Tigers for a second time. He enjoyed a career resurgence in 2014 and appeared in the 2014 Challenge Cup final at Wembley Stadium, his first major final.

We cant wait to see him playing back on home soil for The Pickers next year.
